About
Acts of terrorism undermine the enjoyment of human rights, including the right to life and to physical integrity of the victims.
This High-Level Meeting on Victims of Terrorism, organized jointly by the OSCE's Office for Democatic Insitutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) and the Spanish Chairmanship of the OSCE, will focus on the following areas:
- The victim
- Victim-assistance programmes
- The victim in legal proceedings
- The role of civil society
The meeting will bring together government representatives, legal professionals, and civil-society representatives.
