About
The Seminar will address the growing challenges States face with election campaigns moving to the online environment and provide an opportunity for OSCE delegations, election experts, election management bodies, civil society groups and other stakeholders to discuss good practices in addressing emerging threats. Within two sessions the discussions will explore how States preparedness and how ODIHR election observation can contribute to their efforts to build resilience and combat the manipulative use of online platforms in line with relevant OSCE commitments, international obligations and other standards for democratic elections.
Participation in this event is by invitation only.
The event is part of the ODIHR activities to maintain its professionalism and further improve its election observation methodology, as tasked by the OSCE participating States.
