Yoshie Noguchi of the International Labour Organization was one of the participants at an Expert Group Meeting on Human Rights Protection in the Return of Trafficked Persons. The experts discussed a new Guide being developed by ODIHR, which outlines international standards and good practices on human rights-compliant procedures on the return of victims of trafficking.
