Freedom of Peaceful Assembly: All Monitoring Reports
This section brings together ODIHR’s monitoring reports on freedom of peaceful assembly across the OSCE region.
Based on observations of assemblies in practice, the reports examine how peaceful assemblies are facilitated and, at times, restricted. They highlight trends, identify good practices and flag concerns where the right to peaceful assembly may be at risk.
