Election observation and Serbian democracy: ODIHR opinion (English)
Welcoming the commitment of all stakeholders in Serbia to make sure that key recommendations made by ODIHR are fully implemented, ODIHR Director Matteo Mecacci in an opinion article published ahead of his two-day visit to Belgrade in April 2024 is highlighting the importance of a genuine and result-oriented dialogue on all key aspects of the electoral process to increase transparency and trust in the run-up to the upcoming elections.
