The participants will discuss the compliance of recent judicial and legislative reforms in Uzbekistan and across the region with core human rights and rule of law principles. In particular, the discussion will focus on Uzbekistan’s achievements in developing administrative justice and modes of further improvement to administrative procedural legislation.
