The meeting was organised in Vienna on 13 and 14 October 2016 by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) and the Association for the Prevention of Torture (APT) with the support of the Foreign Ministry of Switzerland, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office of the United Kingdom, the Permanent Delegation of Germany to the OSCE and the Permanent Delegation of Norway to the OSCE.
