Election observation mission
Presidential Election, 16 November 2003
The 2003 presidential elections were observed by an International Election Observation Mission formed by the OSCE/ODIHR and the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of Europe (CLRAE) of the Council of Europe. The OSCE/ODIHR long-term Election Observation Mission (EOM) was established for the period from 20 October to 22 November 2003.
Previous elections
The ODIHR has observed a number of elections in the Republic of Serbia/Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, including the 2002 presidential and repeat presidential elections, the 2002 partial municipal elections, the 2000 parliamentary elections, the 1997 parliamentary and presidential elections, and the 1997 re-run of presidential elections.
