Warsaw Human Dimension Conference 2026: ODIHR side events

The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) will hold a series of side events during the 2026 Warsaw Human Dimension Conference, taking place from 5 to 15 October. Organized by the Swiss OSCE Chairpersonship with ODIHR’s support, the conference brings together participants from across the OSCE region to discuss human rights and democracy.

Open to all registered conference participants, ODIHR’s side events will complement the formal plenary sessions with focused discussions on current challenges, recent activities, and publications and tools to support democratic institutions and protect human rights.

These discussions will help inform ODIHR’s work on human rights, the rule of law, democratization, tolerance and non-discrimination, and Roma and Sinti issues. Participants will explore practical responses to emerging challenges and share experience from across the OSCE region.

The side events will bring together representatives of participating States, civil society, academic institutions and the media to exchange perspectives, share good practices and contribute to ODIHR’s work.
