About
Topic
The third Supplementary Human Dimension Meeting of 2022 will provide a forum to discuss how to better protect the rights of victims of human trafficking.
The first session will focus on the rights of child trafficking victims and the specific challenges faced by these most vulnerable of targets.
The second session will centre on means of countering human trafficking in the context of armed conflict.
Against the background of the rapid growth of the use of online platforms to recruit, groom and exploit victims, the third and final working session will discuss how to combat human trafficking in cyberspace.
Participants
Representatives of OSCE participating States, OSCE institutions and OSCE executive structures, representatives of inter-governmental organizations, representatives of civil society, and researchers from the 57 participating States with relevant experience in the topic are encouraged to participate in this SHDM. The Partners for Co-operation are invited to attend and contribute with respect to their co-operation and links with the OSCE in the field.
This meeting will be held in person. Please note that the number of seats at the venue may be limited due to capacity limitations.
