Serbia: Opinion on Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on the Unified Voter Register

This Opinion was prepared in response to the request of the Chairperson of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues, confirming the Office’s readiness to prepare a legal opinion on the compliance of the Draft Law with international human rights standards and OSCE human dimension commitments.
