ODIHR Opinion on Draft Laws of Mongolia on Presidential, Parliamentary and Local Elections
This Opinion was prepared by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) at the request of the Mongolian authorities, to assist the authorities, political parties and civil society in their efforts to bring the election legislation in line with OSCE commitments, other international obligations and standards, and international good practice in the field of democratic elections.
