Parliamentary Elections, 20 October and 10 November 1996
At the invitation of the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Lithuania, ODIHR deployed an On-site Co-ordinator and approximately 40 observers from 12 OSCE participating States to observe the parliamentary elections on 20 October and 10 November.
