Needs assessment mission
Parliamentary Elections, 1 March 2015
Following an invitation from the Permanent Mission of the Principality of Andorra to the OSCE to observe the 1 March 2015 parliamentary elections and in accordance with its mandate, the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) undertook a Needs Assessment Mission (NAM) to Andorra from 27 to 28 January. The NAM included Richard Lappin, OSCE/ODIHR Senior Election Adviser, and Alexey Gromov, OSCE/ODIHR Election Adviser.
