BUDAPEST, 8 April 2002 - The first round of the 7 April parliamentary elections in Hungary was in line with international standards and commitments for democratic elections, although specific issues should be addressed, concluded the Election Observation Mission of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) in a statement issued today.
