MINSK, 10 September 2001 (OSCE) - The International Limited Election Observation Mission (ILEOM) for the September 2001 presidential election in Belarus has published today a statement of preliminary findings and conclusions. The ILEOM is a joint effort of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe's Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) and the Parliamentary Troika, composed of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE/PA), the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, and the European Parliament.
