Two new publications, the Handbook on Observing and Promoting the Electoral Participation of Persons with Disabilities and the Guidelines for Public Security Providers in Elections, were launched by ODIHR at an event held in Warsaw on 12 September 2017 on the margins of the annual OSCE Human Dimension Implementation Meeting.
