About
ODIHR, in co-operation with the Security Service of Ukraine, is organizing a two-and-a-half-day training course for Ukrainian security service, police and border officials on the protection of human rights while countering terrorism.
The training will deepen the participants’ knowledge and understanding on how to respect and protect human rights in their daily counter-terrorism work. It will provide them with a useful guide to the international human rights standards and OSCE commitments applicable in this context.
It is the twentieth training course on human rights and anti-terrorism delivered by ODIHR since 2005.
