Handbook on Observing and Promoting the Participation of Roma and Sinti in Electoral Processes
The participation of national minorities, including Roma and Sinti, in public and political life, and in electoral processes specifically, has been a key component of ODIHR’s election observation methodology and practice for over three decades. The handbook aims to encourage a more comprehensive, systematic and consistent approach to observing the participation of Roma and Sinti in electoral processes and supporting efforts to remove barriers to their meaningful participation.
