Ukraine: Opinion on the Draft Procedure for Conducting a Full Verification of the Asset Declarations Submitted by Judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine
On 17 October 2025, the Acting Chair of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine sent to the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (hereinafter “ODIHR”) a request for a legal review of the Draft Procedure for Conducting the Full Verification of Asset Declarations Submitted by Judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine developed by the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (hereinafter “the Draft Procedure”).
This Opinion was prepared in response to the above request. ODIHR conducted this assessment within its mandate to assist the OSCE participating States in the implementation of their OSCE human dimension commitments.
