Parliamentary Oversight of the Executive in the OSCE Region
Parliamentary oversight is one of the core tasks of parliaments and, alongside their legislative and representative roles, is a fundamental element of any effective system of democratic governance.
In this publication, ODIHR presents a comparative study of parliamentary oversight of the executive enshrined in the constitutions and parliamentary Rules of Procedure of 56 OSCE participating States.
