About
The four-day seminar was the fourth in a series of specialized ODIHR meetings aiming to address human dimension questions of political concern.
Earlier seminars focused on tolerance (November 1992), migration, refugees and displaced persons (April 1993) and successful cases of national minority integration. (May 1993).
