Ukraine: Preliminary Opinion on the Draft Law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Rules of Ethical Conduct of Members of Parliament (Code of Ethics)”
This Preliminary Opinion was prepared by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) following a request from the Chair of the Parliamentary Working Group on the preparation of comprehensive legislative proposals on amendments to the laws of Ukraine in the field of parliamentary law to review the Draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the rules of ethical conduct of Members of Parliament of Ukraine (Code of Ethics)”.
