Finland: Opinion on Certain Legislation on Combating Trafficking in Persons
This Opinion was prepared upon the request by the Wellbeing and Health Protection Unit of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health of Finland. ODIHR was asked for a legal review of acts aimed at combatting trafficking in human beings in Finland, with a special focus on measures of support and assistance to victims of trafficking in human beings.
