Fair Trial Rights during States of Conflict and Emergency: OSCE/ODIHR Expert Meeting Report
The report provides a summary of an expert meeting on fair trial during states of conflict and emergency convened by OSCE/ODIHR in Warsaw on 27-28 October 2016. The report also sets out the proposals made by expert participants for action by ODIHR to assist OSCE participating States and civil society in ensuring the right to a fair trial and the administration of justice.
