ODIHR is expanding its core group of international trainers due to the increasing demand of OSCE participating States to implement TAHCLE. With the help of the Association of European Police Colleges (AEPC), ODIHR identified 20 highly experienced trainers and police officers from 13 countries who will be provided with knowledge about hate crime, hate crime legislation and strategies for investigation and response, as well as skill for training cadets and police officers.
