About the event
OSCE participating States have committed to building inclusive policies that support migrant and refugee integration, protect human rights and strengthen social cohesion.
To support this work, ODIHR will hold a two-day training on Good Practices in Migrant and Refugee Integration in Armenia. The training will focus on practical approaches to integration, covering different groups of migrants, including asylum seekers, displaced persons and returning Armenians.
Participants will explore key areas such as integration frameworks, access to work, language and cultural integration, and ways to address specific vulnerabilities. The training will also provide space to exchange experiences and learn from good practices across the OSCE region.
The training will be interactive and practice-oriented, with expert input, case studies and group exercises tailored to the Armenian context.
The training is part of the ODIHR project Stronger Democratic Institutions in Eastern Partnership Countries, supported by the European Union and co-financed by France, Italy, Norway and Switzerland.
Who can take part
Up to 26 participants from national institutions, civil society and international organisations working on migrant and refugee integration in Armenia.
Participation is by invitation only.
