About
The four-day course will be held in a webinar format for 20 selected civic activists and community leaders from the OSCE region who are interested in entering the public sector and politics or increasing their engagement in these fields, with a special focus on citizens of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. The programme will offer the participants critical skills and knowledge to take a leap into public leadership and politics, at the same time developing their abilities to shape and strengthen democratic processes and institutions in their respective countries. The course will provide the participants with the opportunity to establish a regional network of democratically-minded leaders, ready to take on greater responsibility for a more mature political culture in Central Europe and stronger leadership within the European Union. It will also involve the participants into a discussion about the direction of political leadership in Europe.
