Seventh Expert Forum on Criminal Justice for Central Asia
This report provides an overview of the conclusions and recommendations of the Seventh Expert Forum on Criminal Justice for Central Asia, organized by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) from 27 to 29 November 2018 in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. The event was held in partnership with the Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan, the OSCE Field Operations in Central Asia, particularly the OSCE Programme Office in Kyrgyzstan, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR).
The Forum, which has been organized by ODIHR since 2008, aims to promote the exchange of experiences and informed dialogue with a view to policy development and reform in the area of criminal justice.
