Call for applications to the Open Source Human Rights Monitoring Training for human rights defenders from the OSCE region
The training event will take place in Berlin from 10 to 14 December 2018. The objective of the training is to enable human rights defenders to independently carry out quality and objective human rights monitoring using Open Source techniques. The training will focus on the skill set required to gather, verify and analyse videos and images, to investigate social media, and to perform Open Source human rights data collection and verification.
