Decision / declaration
Document of the Copenhagen Meeting of the Conference on the Human Dimension of the CSCE
The 1990 CSCECSCE
Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe/OSCE Copenhagen Document outlines a number of human rights and fundamental freedoms, such as the right to peaceful assembly and demonstration, the right to enjoy one’s property peacefully and the rights of the child. It introduces far-reaching provisions regarding national minorities, and broadens the scope of human rights matters to include election commitments.
