Копенгагенский документ СБСЕ/ОБСЕ 1990 года. The 1990 CSCE/OSCE Copenhagen Document outlines a number of human rights and fundamental freedoms, such as the right to peaceful assembly and demonstration, the right to enjoy one’s property peacefully and the rights of the child. It introduces far-reaching provisions regarding national minorities, and broadens the scope of human rights matters to include election commitments.
