About
The interaction between domestic and international law, inter-state cooperation and co-operation with international tribunals, as well as wider transitional justice efforts, will also be discussed. As a result of the conference, justice actors from the region, particularly prosecutors, will further strengthen regional co-operation and legal assistance in war crimes cases.
The regional event is organized as part of the OSCE/ODIHR War Crimes Justice Project – Phase II. The project was developed to assist justice actors in South-Eastern Europe in prosecuting and adjudicating war crimes. It is led by ODIHR and supported by the OSCE field operations based in the Western Balkans.
