Needs assessment mission
Early Parliamentary Election, 24-25 February 2013
Following an invitation from the Permanent Mission of Italy to the OSCE to observe the 24 and 25 February 2013 early parliamentary elections and in accordance with its mandate, OSCE/ODIHR undertook a Needs Assessment Mission and recommended the deployment of a Limited Election Observation Mission to observe these elections.
