Law enforcement officers discuss a case study to examine whether a hate crime was committed and how to proceed with an investigation. The TAHCLE programme aims to support police leaders, senior command staff and front-line officers in further understanding the nature of hate crimes as well as good practices in hate crime response, reporting and investigation.
