About

The training course focuses on the protection of human rights when countering terrorist threats along borders. It will provide senior border officials from OSCE participating States and the Partners for Co-operation with a human rights–based approach in effectively securing borders to minimize the threat from terrorism. Participants will further advance their knowledge on international human rights standards and how these are applied in a border security and counter-terrorism context.
