Parliamentary Elections, 17 April 2011
Following an invitation from the Finnish authorities, ODIHR deployed an election assessment mission for the parliamentary elections on 17 April.
The mission, led by Hannah Roberts, included seven international election experts from seven OSCE participating States. The team was based in Helsinki but deployed experts to other areas of Finland as well.
