Opinion on the Law of Ukraine No. 4547-IX “On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences, the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine to Ensure the Protection of Guarantees of Advocacy” (Bill No. 12320 of 16 Dec 2024)
This Opinion was prepared in response to a request from the Chairperson of the Committee on Freedom of Speech of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. ODIHR conducted this assessment within its mandate to assist the OSCE participating States in the implementation of their OSCE commitments.
