Moldova: Opinion on the Draft Law "On the Status, Conduct and Ethics of the Members of Parliament"
This Opinion was prepared by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) following an initial request of the Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of Moldova for assistance in the effort to reform the Parliament and strengthen the integrity of parliamentarians as well as public accountability and a follow-up request from the Head of the Committee on Legal Affairs, Appointments and Immunities of the Parliament of Moldova.
