International monitors to announce preliminary findings in Serbian parliamentary elections

BELGRADE, 29 December 2003 - The International Election Observation Mission for the Serbian parliamentary elections will present its preliminary findings and conclusions at a press conference on Monday, 29 December, at 13:45 in Media Centar, Makedonska 5, Belgrade.
The International Election Observation Mission is a joint undertaking of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), the Parliamentary Assemblies of the OSCE and Council of Europe and the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of Europe of the Council of Europe.
Around 180 international observers were deployed to monitor the elections to the National Assembly of Serbia on 28 December by those organizations.
