Final Conference for Participants of ODIHR’s Youth For Inclusion Workshops

ODIHR’s Youth for Inclusion final conference will conclude a series of seven workshops on fostering equal, inclusive and cohesive societies across Poland that engaged Polish and Ukrainian young people throughout 2022 and 2023. The Youth for Inclusion workshops took place in seven Polish cities as part of ODIHR’s “Advancing the Human Dimension of Security in Ukraine” project.

The conference will bring together workshop participants and city officials to celebrate the young people’s achievements, share lessons learned and identify future initiatives to foster inclusion and social cohesion. The conference will provide the young people with the opportunity to connect with other like-minded youth while showcasing the initiatives they implemented in their local communities with ODIHR’s support.

During the event, participants will explore the meaning of purposeful and inclusive leadership, as well as how to engage in effective dialogue. They will also be invited to apply the experiences gained from the workshop series to identify measures to create lasting social change.
