ODIHR Expert Panels
To give the best possible assistance to participating States in implementing their commitments to the OSCE, ODIHR has set up a number of expert panels that complement the Office’s own expertise by providing advice, guidance and recommendations to ODIHR on various aspects of its mandate. Members of ODIHR advisory panels are elected to serve on a voluntary basis in their personal capacity as independent experts, taking geographical diversity and gender balance into consideration.
