About
The workshop is meant to support the National Youth Council of Serbia (Krovna organizacija mladih Srbije, KOMS) in advancing its efforts to mainstream gender and diversity into its programmes and advocacy work.
The workshop will involve a desk review of the Council’s key documents, participatory exercises, one-on-one interviews and focus groups.
At the end of the workshop, the participants will produce a participatory gender audit report and action paper to guide KOMS in its further activities to better deliver for all girls and boys, young women and men, in all their diversity.
The workshop objectives are to:
- highlight and share among the participants the organization’s good practices related to gender equality promotion and gender mainstreaming as a key source of endogenous learning, inspiration and motivation;
- identify critical gaps and challenges in gender mainstreaming and the promotion of gender equality;
- make recommendations on ways forward to strengthen the organization’s gender mainstreaming capacity and results.

This event is open only to selected participants from the National Youth Council of Serbia.
