The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) has been observing elections throughout the OSCE region since 1996. The Office offers support and recommendations to participating States on ways to improve the conduct of elections in line with OSCE commitments and other international standards for democratic elections.
Today marks ODIHR's 400th mission since the Office's establishment 30 years ago.
