Regularization of Migrants in an Irregular Situation in the OSCE Region: Recent Developments, Points for Discussion and Recommendations
The purpose of this paper is to raise awareness of existing international standards and commitments related to the regularization of migrants in an irregular situation as well as to identify key trends and noteworthy practices, including recent practices in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The paper presents recommendations and points for further discussion among relevant stakeholders, particularly those who are responsible for designing and implementing regularization measures.
