About
ODIHR and DEMO Finland worked with Finnish parliamentary political parties to conduct gender audits and prepare confidential party reports. These activities highlighted gaps and opportunities for inclusion of gender equality aspects in parties’ structures, internal regulations, programs and outreach.
Objectives
The upcoming workshop, organized for a closed audience of Finnish political party representatives, aims to discuss recommendations from the gender audit reports. It will explore ways to further strengthen gender equality and inclusion in Finnish political parties and, more broadly, in Finnish politics.
