Training Programmes to Counter Hate Crime
From police cadets and experienced investigators to public prosecutors and seasoned judges, since 2012 ODIHR has reached more than 1,000 criminal justice actors across the OSCE region, providing them with the knowledge and know-how to tackle hate crimes and improve outcomes for victims and at-risk communities.
Effective implementation of the TAHCLE and PAHCT programmes is best achieved with ODIHR's support, including by adapting and translating the materials and delivering tailored training with the help of a dedicated pool of police and prosecutorial experts.
You can download the materials below.
