Human Rights Defenders in the OSCE Region: Challenges and Good Practices

This report identifies patterns of human rights violations affecting human rights defenders in the OSCE area in the period from April 2007 to April 2008. It also identifies a number of good practices with respect to protecting the rights of human rights defenders.
