OSCE/ODIHR Opinion on the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and Status of Judges”
The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) prepared this Opinion in response to requests from the High Administrative Court of Ukraine and the Deputy Chairperson of the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine received in August 2016 and May 2017, respectively.
