Review of the State Program of Enhancement of the Electoral System of the Kyrgyz Republic
This review comments on the State Program of Enhancement of the Electoral System in the Kyrgyz Republic for the period 2006 to 2010 which was passed by Decree #40 of the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda (CCER) of the Kyrgyz Republic, dated 5 July 2006. The review is a result of dialogue and co-operation between the authorities and civil society of the Kyrgyz Republic and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR).
